An AI system that knows your business and takes over the recurring work.
The manual, repetitive work runs automatically, so you and your team serve more clients without adding headcount.
The work grows with your business.
Your business grows, and the work grows with it. More clients means more email, more follow-up, more reports, more admin. Until now there was one answer: hire someone.
AI was supposed to change that, and most business owners have already tried it. A ChatGPT subscription, a separate tool, a few handy prompts. It helps a bit, but it doesn't change much. Every time you explain who you are again, paste in the numbers, and copy the answer back to the system where it belongs.
That's not the AI's fault. Those tools don't know your business, and they can't reach anything.
An assistant needs two things from you.
An AI Operating System (AIOS) is an AI system built around your business. It has to know your business, and it has to be able to reach your tools.
Knowledge: it knows your business
Everything a new colleague would need to learn in their first month is in the system. Who your clients are, what you sell and at what price, how your processes run, what's been agreed, how you write. The system reads it with every question. You never have to explain who you are again.
Tools: it can reach what you already use
The system is connected to the tools you already use: your email and calendar, your CRM, your bookkeeping, your files in OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive. So it doesn't just answer, it does the work: looks something up, drafts a reply, builds an overview, fills in a document.
What you get on top of that
What a day with an AIOS looks like.
Example of a typical office. You open your laptop. The system has already summed up what came in since yesterday: three emails waiting on you, a client who hasn't heard from you in a week, an invoice that's overdue.
You have a call with a new lead. The system has looked up the company, added earlier contact moments and prepared a few questions.
After the call you ask for a summary and a follow-up email. The draft is in your mailbox, in your tone. You read it, change a sentence and send it.
A colleague wants to know how a certain process works again. She asks the system instead of you.
This week's invoices are ready as drafts, based on the hours and agreements already in your systems. You approve them.
None of this is spectacular on its own. The difference is that it all happens in one system that knows your business, instead of in ten separate tools.

Clear about the limits.
A chatbot answers questions. An AIOS knows your business and does work in your own tools.
It takes over the recurring work, so your team can do what they're good at.
Emails, messages and invoices are prepared automatically. You decide what goes out.
It's built on your processes, your tools and the way you work.
From first call to a running system.
Questions we hear most.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk to it in plain language. We handle installation and maintenance, or do it together with you.
Which version of Claude do I use?
The desktop app. Cowork and Claude Code are the same tool with a different screen: Cowork is made for a normal working day, Code for building. Both open your files and work with your tools. We pick the one that fits your team.
Which tools do I need?
None new. We connect what you already use. We check upfront whether your tools can be connected; if one can't, we say so in the proposal.
How long before I notice anything?
The foundation is in place within the first two to four weeks. From then on you can ask the system questions about your own business, and step by step it takes over more work.
Does it work for my whole team?
Yes. Several people can work with it, each from their own laptop.
What does it cost?
That depends on what we build. After the Discovery Call you get a proposal with a fixed price.
Curious which repetitive work an AIOS could automate in your business?
In a 30-minute Discovery Call we walk through how your business runs and where the time goes. No obligation.
