Do less.
Grow more.

I build AI systems that take over the repetitive work in your business. Live in weeks, so your time goes into the work that actually grows it.

What we cover

Where your time goes, which work an AI system can take over, and whether it is a fit. You leave with a clear next step.

The problem

You're the bottleneck in your own business.

Quotes, invoices, follow-ups, planning, reporting. All by hand. You know it can be different, but you don't have the time to figure it out.

Most of your week is operations

You work hard, but it feels like putting out fires. Nothing is left for strategy or growth.

Your competitor is already automating

Every month you wait, the gap grows. Businesses that run on AI serve more clients with the same team.

The same work, every week

Tasks that take no thinking but cost hours. Exactly the work a system takes over.

What I do

I analyze your business and build systems that take over the work.

No generic tools you still have to learn. Built for your processes, on the tools you already use.

AI Operating System

An AI that knows your business: your clients, your tools, your numbers. It briefs you every day and keeps working while you sleep.

Workflow automations

Your tools connected and your processes running on their own. No more copy and paste.

AI agents

AI that takes over whole tasks: qualifying leads, drafting follow-ups, processing invoices. You check, it does the work.

How it works

From first call to a working system, in four steps.

01

Discovery call

I ask questions, you tell me how your business works. Thirty minutes to understand where your time goes and where things get stuck.

02

Proposal

On a second call you get a proposal: what we build, in what order, what it delivers and what it costs. Price agreed upfront.

03

Build

First the foundation: your AI learns your business and connects to your tools. Then the first systems that take over real work. You see it working along the way.

04

Live and growing

The system runs in your daily work. If you want, we keep building together every month: upkeep, improvements and new parts, from a list we keep together.

Automated listing matching

Problem Hundreds of new-build leads were matched to the listings by hand.

Solution The system reads each buyer's search profile, picks the listings that fit and drafts the follow-up.

Automated invoicing

Problem Invoices and engagement letters were typed by hand from the hours log every month.

Solution The system drafts them in the firm's own house style; a partner checks and sends.

Automated dashboard

Problem A marketing agency pulled call and lead data together by hand to see who got called and when.

Solution The dashboard collects it automatically and shows per lead the time to the first call.

About

I understand your business. And build what works.

I'm Edgar Stuiver, entrepreneur, AI builder and former Transaction Services analyst at Marktlink. In 2026 I moved from corporate finance to building AI systems full time.

For two years I analysed businesses from the inside: where the value is, where money leaks, how processes really run. I bring that lens to every project. I don't start by building, I start by understanding.

You work with me directly. No account manager, no junior doing the work.

FAQ

Questions you probably have.

Work it out: if one task takes 5 hours a week and your time is worth €50 an hour, that one task costs you €13,000 a year. What a system costs depends on what we build. You get the price in the proposal, agreed upfront, before anything is built.
A single automation is often live within one to two weeks. A larger system with several connections takes a few weeks. It all starts with a clear scope; after that the timeline is predictable.
Then I fix it. We agree upfront what the system has to do, and I test it on your own data before it goes live. You see it working during the build, so there are no surprises at the end.
Thirty minutes in which I ask how your business works: what takes the most time, which tools you use, what you would like to run on its own. After that call we decide together whether there is a concrete next step.
Remote by default: video calls, screen sharing and updates via WhatsApp. That works for almost every project and keeps things moving. In person is possible on request, for example for a kick-off or the handover.
